The Sanctuary can sometimes be a hit or miss, but I grabbed something crazy today! I got recommendations from Porshawn, who is honestly one of the coolest budtenders I’ve ever met. She did not steer me wrong and has her customer service skills down pat! Highly recommend asking for her.

I was treated very well like I was some important person. The quality oh the products I picked up were outstanding. I recommend this place and you have 24 hours of deciding when to make a trip.

Man I absolutely love it here When I step in Security on point no slacking all love... and once I enter the back its a BIG LONG HELLO SANCTUARY FAMILY ... shayna the Manager you have a lovely Team im ready to be apart of it all... I usually step in to collect my goodies but I couldn't one day so I did Delivery .. best delivery ever MAX MAC SORRY ON THE NAME called me confirmed my order AND WITH IN 35 MINS MY FLOWERS ARRIVED ..HIS PRESENCE was lovely ... im satisfied and won't go anywhere else in las vegas but the North Las Vegas SANCTUARY

Date of incident :Tuesday 3/31/26 Time of incident : 5:00 pm ​I am writing this to document a deeply concerning encounter with the security or front desk guy. While I was minding my own business and speaking on my phone, I was approached by this individual, who immediately displayed a hostile attitude and demanded that I end my call. ​The situation escalated beyond a simple disagreement when he began to follow me. Most alarmingly, he made a threatening comment, stating that "people can get hurt." This level of intimidation and disrespect is completely unacceptable in any professional or public setting. ​​It is fortunate for him that I have worked hard to change my life and hold myself to a higher standard of restraint, as I chose to de-escalate and walk away. However, management needs to understand that the next person he treats this way might not be as patient or have the same level of self-control. He is playing a dangerous game by provoking people, and eventually, he is going to encounter someone who won't let that behavior slide. ​For the safety of others and the reputation of this establishment, this needs to be addressed immediately. If there is a number i may call to report

Just visited upon my arrival to Las Vegas and the staff working there was absolutely amazing! They were friendly and knowledgeable, making sure they both assisted in getting me what I was looking for within the budget I was working with! Everyone is very nice and the process was quick and easy
